Local Development Update
Our neighborhood has received notice of a proposed new retail development near the intersection of Hwy 34 and Hwy 54 in Sharpsburg, adjacent to Emmanuel Bible College.
According to Trinity Development Group, the planned shopping center would include Whole Foods Market and Nordstrom Rackas anchor tenants, along with additional shopping and dining options.
The developer is requesting to meet with local HOA boards and residents during the week of September 14, 2026 to present the project, including the site plan, architectural renderings, and anticipated timeline, followed by a Q&A session.
We’ll share additional details as they become available. In the meantime, we’d love to hear from neighbors: What questions or concerns would you like addressed at the community meeting?

Dumpster Week (July 15–22, 2026)
Dumpster Week Guidelines:
Residents may dispose of household junk, furniture, toys, boxes, yard debris, and other non-hazardous materials. Please do not place paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, appliances containing refrigerants, or other hazardous waste in the dumpster.
To ensure everyone has an opportunity to use the dumpster, please break down boxes, place items neatly, and do not overfill the container. Materials must remain below the top edge of the dumpster, and no items may be left on the ground around it. Thank you for helping keep Braves Crossing clean and enjoyable for all residents.
