Neighborhood Development Update
Our neighborhood has received notice of a proposed new retail development near the intersection of Hwy 34 and Hwy 54 in Sharpsburg, adjacent to Emmanuel Bible College.
According to Trinity Development Group, the planned shopping center would include Whole Foods Market and Nordstrom Rackas anchor tenants, along with additional shopping and dining options.
The developer is requesting to meet with local HOA boards and residents during the week of September 14, 2026 to present the project, including the site plan, architectural renderings, and anticipated timeline, followed by a Q&A session.
We’ll share additional details as they become available. In the meantime, we’d love to hear from neighbors: What questions or concerns would you like addressed at the community meeting?

Annual Braves Crossing HOA membership dues for the 2026–2027 year are $150 per household and are due by September 15, 2026.
Your support helps maintain and enhance the appearance of our neighborhood, fund community projects and events, and preserve the quality of life that makes Braves Crossing a wonderful place to call home.

Dumpster Week 2026 Was a Success!
Dumpster Week = Success
Thank you to everyone who participated in Braves Crossing Dumpster Week 2026! We’re happy to say this year’s event was a great success. Judging by the full dumpsters, our community definitely made good use of the opportunity to clear out unwanted items and get some summer cleaning done!
We appreciate everyone who helped make Dumpster Week run smoothly. We look forward to continuing to offer events and services that benefit our neighborhood and keep Braves Crossing a great place to call home.
